Precast Production
All components are casted in our factory in Singapore. With 1.2 million square feet of indoor production space.

Precast Delivery
Once component has been casted and has reached full concrete strength, our delivery team loads the components onto one of the 160 trailer beds

Ancillary Dormitory
This dormitory is exclusively for in-house workers, ensuring they have convenient access to comfortable living spaces beside our factory. The facility includes ancillary amenities to support their daily needs, fostering a productive and well-rested workforce.

Secondary Dormitory
A dedicated secondary dormitory is available to accommodate external workers. This facility provides a separate and functional living environment.
